Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

At Sleek Jewels, we strive to ensure that you love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with hassle-free returns, exchanges, and refunds — within the guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges if:

• The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

• The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery

• The item is not a customized, personalized, or sale item (these are final sale)

Items not eligible for return or exchange include:

• Products damaged due to misuse

• Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

• Gift cards

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at [insert email address] with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

2. Our team will review and approve eligible requests within 24–48 hours.

3. Once approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions.

Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

• Size-related issues (rings, bracelets, etc.)

• Defective or incorrect items

Once we receive and inspect the original item, your exchange will be processed and shipped within 5 business days.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment

• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank

If your original payment method is no longer valid, we can issue a store credit instead.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Include photos of the item and packaging

• We will prioritize replacements or issue a full refund including any shipping charges

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement. Once processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
