1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email once it has been shipped, including your tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (Domestic)4–7 business days/ Express Shipping /

International Shipping 7–14 business days Calculated at checkout based on location/ based on the destination and size/weight of your order and shipping method you select.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance or regional disruptions.​​​

3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India and to selected international destinations.

  • For international orders, duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and may be levied at the time of delivery.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

5. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date or receipt of a damaged package.

  • We will coordinate with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

6. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Sleek Jewels is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Reshipping fees due to returned packages

7. Packaging

All our jewelry is carefully packaged in secure, tamper-proof boxes to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Gift packaging is available on request.
